Anchor Care Advisors operates as an independent insurance agency and is appointed with various insurance carriers. We may receive compensation from carriers when policies are issued. This compensation does not increase the price you pay for coverage.

Submitting a form, requesting a quote, or communicating with us does not create an insurance contract, bind coverage, or guarantee eligibility, enrollment, savings, or approval. Only the issuing carrier can bind coverage, and only the policy documents issued by the carrier determine your benefits.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANCHOR CARE ADVISORS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR COVERAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Effective” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
